She recalls seeing the suspect’s car on either 10/7 or 10/8/02 between the
hours of 11:45 p.m.— midnight. While driving home, she viewed the
Caprice operating with no lights on before the University split. When
The light turned green, the car darted across two lanes directly in front
of her. Her headlights shined on the New Jersey plate. The back window
was very dark/tinted but she observed a driver and a passenger with
both appearing to be African Americans. Source turned off of 41° St.,
as the car possibly headed toward I-83.
