6:00 a.m.-Bus Stop in Aspen Hill, MD.)
1) [| (2:28 a.m.)-Unknown caller advised that “someone will be
killed between 4-7 o’clock today”and then hung up. The subject
sounded like a black male. Immediate lead assigned.
2) [app 6:00 a.m.)-Resident resides at fe] -
and viewed a black male run into an apartment across from her house :
right after the shooting. The subject was carrying a bag, entered an BID
apartment, change clothes and then leave. Assigned an immediate
lead,
3) [| (10:10 a.m.)-Source observed a black male at the
interséction of Beaverwood & Burning Tree Lane (Silver Spring) in
Montgomery County, Md. Intersection is app. 1-2 miles from shooting
scene. Male carried a brown/black bag (soft/slightly smaller than
briefcase, horizontal seam/zipper on top of bag, with bulky -
appearance). Male wearing colorful pants, brownish hat, and a wooly
sweater. (*Source saw Malvo’s face later in media reports, and
identified him as being at this location on this date*),
4[ ap: 8:15 a.m.)- Two black males were seen to exit a
Light blue Subaru (MD d walk into
Dr., Silver Spring, MD. Note: This is app. 1-2 miles from this
shooting scene! One black male (App. 5’9”-Medium complexion- ©
Slim Build-Close cropped hair style-Casual clothes/Light material,
dark pants) carried a 4’x 8’ soft sided black bag. The second male
not described, left the other’s company at about 8:30 a.m., getting into »2
a grey Jeep Cherokee, with a partial Maryland license plate of . b6
M684? (Lhe address where the subjects were dropped off, match bIC
the Subaru owner tied to this residence. Command Post
immediately advised of this entry - RMV sweeps being done on
