Person said, “I am God” and opened his shirt to reveal angel tattoos on his chest/arms. This unknown subject told them, “they will see him on the news in about a month when something big will happen.” *10/24/02: [fs ource states a belief of more people involved in these cases. App. two weeks ago he observed:a white Astro van stop in the middle of the street near the YMCA ‘in Montgomery Village. He next saw a dark colored car similar to a Caprice, pull up with two black males _ inside of it. As the car pulled up to the van, they raced off. It was clear to the source that these people were together. Two people were observed in the van, with one appearing to be Hispanic. *10/24/02: Investigative personnel performing a follow-up in both Tacoma and Bellingham, Washington relative to varied checks on the subjects Malvo and Muhammad. Neighbors in Tacoma, Wa., where the subject Muhammad had previously lived/co-owned a business, stated that target practice was done into . athe base of an old tree stump. Major sections of that particular stump were taken in sections and/or totally unearthed and seized as physical evidence for further ballistics testings, - Inarelated evidentiary recovery, writing samples were seized that were previously a part of school records for Lee Malvo, when he was a student in Bellingham, Washington.
