THE STATE OF ALABAMA MONTGOMERY COUNTY Circuit Court of Montgomery County, NOVEMBER Term, A.D, 2002 COUNT TI: The Grand Jury of said County charge that, before the finding of this indictment, JOHN MUHAMMAD, alias JOHN MUHAMMED, alias | JOHN ALLEN MUHAMMAD, alias JOHN ALLEN‘ MUHAMMED, alias JOHN ALLEN WILLIAMS, alias JOHN WILLIAMS, alias CHARLES DOUGLAS, alias THOMAS LEE, alias WAYNE WEEKLEY, alias WAYNE WEEKS, alias LEE THOMAS, whose name is otherwise unknown to the Grand Jury, did intentionally cause the death of Claudine Parker, by shooting her with a gun, during the time that he was in the course of committing a theft of property, lawful _ currency and/or coinage of the United States of America, and/or other personal property, better descriptions of which are unknown to the Grand Jury, of some value, the value of which is unknown to the Grand Jury, the property of Claudine Parker and/or Kellie Adams and/or the State of Alabama d/b/a ABC Store, by the use of force against the person of the owner or any person present, Claudine Parker and/or Kellie Adams, with intent to. = overcome her physical resistance,or physical power of resistance, while armed with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, a gun, or while causing serious physical injury to another, Claudine Parker and/or Kellie Adans , in violation of Section 13A4~5-40(a)(2) of the Code of Alabama, against the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama.
