Tue Congressman stated he has a list of names which he would be glad to furnish us on ae strictly personal and confidential basis. I told him we would be glad to receive the list of names. He will send them to us in the next day or two, Busbey also told me he received a three page letter from John Stewart Service as a result of his statement to the - ress, and that this three page letter in his opinion "hangs" Service. He stated he is now in the process of formulating a Vy reply end will send us copies of Service's letter and of his reply. He stated the other day he attended a staff conference of the Civil Service Loyalty Review Board. He is very much impressed with the attitude of former Senator Bitgham and steted he was asked to say a few words to the staff. Oe stated in the course of his remarks he told the staff that any member of the Loyal vy Review Board or of the staff who opposed Senator Bingheam's recent amendment had no right to remain on the Loyalty Review Board, and he has called on Senator Bingham formally to furnish a list of names of persons who have opnosed his amendment.
