out of 1700—are public prop-
erty. Their authenticity as
part of the Amerasia collection
is affirmed by Sen. Bourke B.
Hickenlooper ‘(R. + Ta, ), & mem-
ber of the Tydings sub-com-
mittee.
Because of the shocking character |
of these five alone, Sen. Hicker
looper predicted that “all Americans |
will be appalled, when the whole, °
truth becomes known, that drastic
steps have not been taken long be.
fore this,” He added: “It is is sick-
ening story.”
