Vichelson inguired as / to the status of the tnvestigattion. pre _I called My Nicholson and told him that this matéer Aad heen discussed by a Sureay representative with Deputy Attorney General Vanech on February 7, 1952, at which time Mr. Vanech advised tha&é no investigation should be conducted by the Bureau, Again, on February 15, 1959, Mr. Vanech was recontacted and he advised that he had not as yet heard from the Criminal Divisien as to whether prosecution vould he initiated in this case and that pending ! further word no investigative action should he taken by the Sureau.
