LJ News Room, "Palm Beach Post Times", a
; aily newspaper published.in West Palm Beach, Florida,.
telephonically advised the Miami Office of the FBI of
the receipt of an anonymous telephone call, threatening
the life of Senator Kennedy.
On February. 18, 1967,[ _——_—jadvised that
ually had been taken by a fellow employee, -
On February 13, 1967,[ ——sadvised
she had. answered the telephone at City Desk just prior to
midnight, February 12, 1967. The caller asked if this
was the "Post Times". On being told it was, the caller
said only, "Senator Kennedy will be dead by Friday,
| thank you," and hung up.
heard no background noises and described
the caller as male, most probably white, not juvenile,
had no discernible accent, enunciated clearly, and
exhibited no evidence of intoxicatién or excitement.

Sheriff's Office, West“Paim Beach; Chief of Police
Homer Large, Palm Beach Police Department; and John °
Marshall,. Agent in Charge, U. S. Secret Service, Miami,
were advised oan February 13, 1967. .
