Items four thru eight were received at the Houston
Division at approximately 11:00 AM, March 14, 1969, and do not
make any sense. An inked handwritten notation on the bottom of
item 8, appears to read “attention CA 8-1414" (which is the number
of the Houston Division FBI number). Also "Icarus flew too
elose to the Sun" and "Ted" Kennedy the (illegible) Delphis Club
at Harvard". ; . .
The Bureau's attention is directed to items two and
three and references which contain_additional information as to
Houston. -
One copy of the LHM is also being directed to WFO and
Richmond for their information. ' :
