Dear Mr. Hoover:

Please find enclosed a report of the Kennedy-~Fitzgerald family which L... ;
may be of interest to you. JI have known this family for more than 50
years, having originally contacted Kennedy's grand uncles in 1920.
It seems that the court officers and others interested in the matter:
stepped oh each other trying to protect the Kennedy millions. It is
indeed a pitiful state of affairs in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
. I hope that you are taking necessary steps to correct this infamous
case. It is up to the Federal Government to step in and take whatever
| steps are necessary to correct the shortcomings of the Massachusetts and
Pennsylvania courts.
Although Kennedy is elected by the Massachusetts voters, once he
goes to Washington, he becomes a federal official and represents not only
Massachusetts » but all 50 states of the union, nationally and inter-
nationally.
I was greatly surprised at the pitiful attitude taken by Senator
» Brooke in the matter. He found the moral character of Judge Hansworth
} and Judge Carswell below moral standards, but he could not see anything
wrong with the moral standards of Senator Kennedy, his colleague.
with the courts and other offices, The dudge found Kennedy “and
Kennedy claimed he told the truth at the inquest; therefore, he called
the Judge a liar. I think he should be held in comtempt of court and
given at least a six month sentence in jail, which would automatically my
preclude him from holding office in Washington, ‘ga =e Zea [ 53
Tt seems to me that the Kennedy millions have been aay ates ,
