In his letter he states that if we are interested in obtaining the solution of the "Edward‘kéennedy murder of Sec. Kopechene" we should keep a surveillance on Box-35'at the "Bradenburg" Maryland Post Office after August 4, 1969. He further states that "wheather you are interested" or not we had better do so or Z "an innocent person may be kidnapped or murdered or both."'
