I will take care of you too." - Mrs. tated that she had had no further ETC conversation with since that time. —_ She advised that Congressman CHARLES ROSE een notified by her concerning her conversations with On September 135, us73[_] Postmaster, United States Post an Wilmington, advised that on September 12, 1973, came to his office and for approximately irtyv minutes rambled in an incoherent fashion. In substance, ee ee that Congressman CHARLES ROSE's Secretary was handling a sexual matter for him, and he felt that the Secretary was in danger of being sexually molested in the Post Office Building and wanted to contact the FBI. He stated that the Attorney General for North Carolina, ROBERT MORGAN, already knew about his situation and about this matter. He indicated that this was a Federal Building, and that the Postmaster had a responsibility to protect the people in the building.
