On June 5, 1980, the Phoenix Division of_the
ceived a local telephone call from Reverend
Minister of Church of God of Heaven, who resides

This _caJll related to a telephone cal! received
by Reverend[ Jon June 2, 1980, at 7:30 p.m., from an
unknown male subject in which he demanded $1,000 and also
stated that his group, who are Conmunist terrorists, have
planned to kill Senator Edward Kennedy on his next trip
to Houston or Dallas, Texas. He stated there are two to
four men who will get him for sure; for if one misses him,
the next man will kill him. This Conmunist group will
operate without trouble if Kennedy is dead because he is
a strong leader of the country and is against communism
and they do not want him to become President.

Several men in this group have called Reverend DIC
numerous times demanding money of which he refused
to comply with their request.
