On August 14, 1 : ximately 11:03 a.m., a male
ified himself as , of Mesa, Arizona, telephone
telephonically contacted the Phoenix Division of the
FBI. He advised that he has experienced psychic powers in the
past, and wished to furnish the following information:
Tonight (August 14, 1980) at the Democratic National
Convention, New York City, New York, Senator (Edward) will be
shot three times in the neck or shoulder. At the time of the
shooting, the alleged male assailant will be located in the
convention hall rafters, to the right of Senator Kennedy, ne
a “dome", at the apex of three beams (which form an arrow).
