Petitions, on the Orders of the President of the United States Defendant Ronald Reagan, acting in his capacity as President and "Under Color of the Law ", acting with and in concert and in acts as stated, of omissién, with full knowledge, of what was and did transpire, to the plaintiff, and using the capacity of the President to refuse FBI/Justice Department investigation, and aiding and abeting in the gross denial of this Custody hearing, by involuntary/voluntary acts of omission by same FBI/ Justice Department, therefore all Defendants are charged with the violation of the Plaintiffs Civil Rights , under 42 USCS, 1986~---Failing to act to prevent Conspiracy ", and aiding and abeting with the"Pro Life Group, Catholice Church/}',Bishop Gelineau, and Defendant Janice Fortin, as well as all other defendants this complaint, who nave harassed the Plaintiff, un-relentingly for years,wherseever he did go. Grossly denyina him any form of "Rights to privacy ", and having him " Malic- iously Prosectuted " denying him "Freedom from Coercion to secure Confession " ( all defendants have attempted, by harass- ment, intimidation, changed reporgs,entrapment, étc.*to force or coerce the nlaintiff into admitting that he was a Paranoid person; to wit--seeing things, being a drunk, a woman’-beater, taking over doses of medication etc., anything to cover-up, as this slanderous Family Court and previous transcripts will prove in Court, Pleadindas, that did slanderously reach the: people of this State,by :+-sded&éndants that wished to cover-up all their deprivations of the plaintiffs Civil Rights, and Their Criminal acts against same Plaintiff.
