CIVIL ACTION #CA-88-0589
For the information of receiving FBI personnel, the
plaintiff in captioned lawsuit filed the lawsuit in the United
States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. The
lawsuit was temporarily transfered to the U.S. District Court for
the District of New Hampshire. Therefore, there are two Federal
Court Docket numbers for this lawsuit. The first is Civil Action
#88-0589 which is the docket number for the District of Rhode
Island. The second is Civil Action #88-2000-D which is for the
District of New Hampshire.
This lawsuit is being defended by Assistant United
States attorney|— who is an Assistant United
States Attorney in the District of Rhode Island.
On 7/21/89, - odes Legal Advisor of the Boston
Division spoke with of the LEGAL COUNSEL DIVISION_at
FBI Headquarters regarding the status of captioned matter.
indicated that she has heard nothing recently regarding he
status of the lawsuit and requested that the dockett in the
Federal District Court in Rhode Island and in New Hampshire be
checked to determine the present status of captioned lawsuit.

Obtain a copy of the United States District Court Docket
regarding captioned lawsuit under the above mentioned docket
number for New Hampshire. The docket should be submitted to the
