showm a U. S. Postal Service resurn receipt number 134092,
addressed to Senator EDWARD KENNEDY, Senate Building, WDC,
and Purnished the following information:

He stated that the signature on the receipt was not

his, and did not recognize it as being anyone currently
' working in the mail room of Senator KENNEDY. He stated

it is signed for, opened, read, and then if it is legitimate,
it is entered into the registered letters record book of the
office. If the letter did not bear a return address, was.
not a threatening one, if it was handwritten or a "nut" letter,
it woulc be immediately disposed of and no recording of | at
