The material is clipped under a NOA Supplement form and transmittal sheet. I have no idea why the material was transmitted to this office in the format that it was or why it was placed in our Misc. Case No. 88-8093. Please process Mr. Jones’ June 23 notice of appeal in the usual fashion, i.e. two certified copies of the relevant material, and resubmit to this court.
