The following investigation was conducted at
Ohio, by Special Agents TERRENCE S. WARE,

On Mav 9, 1972,
Columbus, Ohio, advised 1972
Ohio license was registered to him. La

stated, however, that the automobile bearing
plate was not presently at this address as his son,
regularly drives this automobile and he
is presently sleeping at the Pi Sigma Fraternity
at Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio.
[ advised that [ _|was a Freshman
student at Otterbein who was pledging in the Pi Sigma
Fraternity _and he would not be home for approximately
two days. did not know if was in fact
in the area of the Lausthe Building, C s, on this
date and stated that to his knowledge had never been
involved in any demonstrations protesting an or
any government officials. [ — —Jadviseal had
never been arrested and because he was a retired
Colonel from the United Set Air Force, he had always
kept fairly close track of [___}
On May 9, 1972, [recs member of
the Pi Sigma Fraternit Otterbein College, Westerville,
Ohio, advised that was a pledge with that
fraternity, however, he was not presently at the fraternity
and would not retur pproximately four or five hours.
advised tha was, in fact, at the Lawme
Building during Vice-President AGNEW's appearance on
May 9, 1972, and that he had_drove his automobile, taking
with him Otterbein students
a member of Pi Sigma Fraternity.

at the fraternity house and that could
be reached at the Women$s Dormitory a erbein,
Cochran Hall, in Westerville, Ohio.
