Pittsburgh, Pa., in the opinion. of the AUSA, WDPA, Pitts- burgh, Pa., constitute a violation of the Federal Extortion Statute, and if subject identified, prosecution would be considered. J. EDGAR HOOVER, Director,. FBI, received letter 12/8/70, miled Pittsburgh, Pa., composed of similar remarks directed to'U. S.
