Contained in this envelope was a letter beginning

the knives and envelopes containing obscene language that
had been received by Cleveland FBI Office .on January 6, 1971.
The: letter continued and furnished the following
informations
"Well, as you're investigating who has sent it and
plan to arrest, well 3. give up. My name_is
live at phone is Please hurry
before the charge will be murder." ' '
