Review of USSS file C02-69967 (New York note correct file number) revealed other names used by Unsub in letters to Vietims. All names included in title change. Lab, as indicated in referenced communication on 7/13/76, and file review of USSS C02-69967, Laboratory has established the writer as one in same person who remains unidentified to date.
