“Final Page ry i : I reviewed the test results at the request of my Section Chief, Mr. Richard BE. Long, on’ or about August 20, 1973. I assume that Mr. Long would also have made the test results available to Messrs. Kelley (Director, F.B.I.), Callahan (Assistant Director, Administra- tive-Division) Gebhardt (Assistant Director, General Investigation Division) ane[ (Chief, Fraud and Bribery Unit). It is my understanding that the summary results were placed-in a sealed en elope and hand-carried from Baltimore to Washington by 2) a the Baltimore office andveivén directly to Mr. Long.
