Kessenich and I'm charged with writing threatening letters to the Presdent of the United States and I appeared in front of you several times. - "On Febraury 27th 1974 I was found to be compentant to stand trail by the Medical staff here at Springfield, Missouri. and I will be returned to the U.S. Pent. at Leavenworth, Kansas in a week or two.
