Writer stated yle (possibly United States District Judge James E. Doyle, Seventh Circuit) and his entire family would die. Investigation determined writer of the letter to be Ronald D. Kessenich, presently incarcerated U.S. Penitentiary, Leavenworth, Kansas. Kessenich, during interview with FBI, admitted writing similar letters to other Government officials as reprisal for current Watergate scandal.
