King said that while he is in Washington, D.C., for the Supreme Court case, he will be ataying at the Willard Hotel. King stated that it will be all right if his picture is taken on the steps of the Supreme Court Building, and he aaid that he hopes that the case gets good coverage from the press. Jones indicated that he was certain the press would afford good coverage inasmuch as William Rogers, the former Attorney General, who will argue the case, represents “Newsweek" and the "Washington Post." Jones also mentioned that “our friend" thinks that most of the prints should be in draft form by the time King gets to New York. King indicated that Ralph (Abernathy) and Wyett (Walker) will be at the New York meeting, and he‘ said tnat fund raising will be discussed with Billy Rowe.
