On 4/15/64, the “New York Herald Tribune®, a bat
New York City daily newspaper, page 28, carried a column
attributed to JOSEPH ALSOP. In it, ALSOP reports that
despite the American Communist Party's feebleness and
disarray, its agents are begiming to infiltrate certain
sectors of the Negro civil rights movement",
