He explained that one of the major record companies for rock and roll is going to cooperate with the Black Dise Jockeys Association in putting on a big affair at Randali's Island for ahout 25,000 people. Levison said that he believes this portrait could be used as a membership card by the SCLC and that they should not, therefore, be selling it because they would be competing with themselves. Levison said he did not believe the SCLC had endorsed uny such pictures and inquired @s to McCloud's identity. Cerillo stated that McCloud is a new fellow he had just read about and whom the SCLC had in a fund-raising situation. Cerillo said he understood that Levison had a meeting in Atlanta at which it was agreed that anything such as sales, requiring an endorsement of the SCLC, must be approved by a committee of which Levison is a member. Levison stated that this was true and agreed with Cerillo that McCloud has no authority to confirm or deny any photograph. Levison added that he was also upset because MeCloud, on the form letter, described himse)f as the National Director of the Fund Raising Campaign. Levison told Cerillo that this could not be true "if you are the Treasurer and don't know about it."
