Following the shock of last November, when the Supreme Court
rendered its decision on the alien land law, more or less confusion
end uncertainty has impeded the efforts of the led owners, large and
emall, who have been dealing with Japanese tenants. Practically none
realiged the decision in sdvance, It was presumed that although they

cisions. At the end of that time he came to the conslusion that there

Japanese tenants without violating the law.
