Your cormmumtoation of January 18, 1946 makes inquiry conoeming the
Procedias to be followed for Agents’ admittarios to the United States: Supreme
Court while they are attending In—Service Training,
The Agont should write to tho Clerk of the United States Supremes
Court making a request for the necessary forms for application for acaittance
to the United States Suprema Court. These forme ahould be completely filled
cut prior te the Special Agent's departure for In-Servios Training.
Upon his arrival in Washington on the firet Monday moming, he should .
contact the Solicitor Omeral's Office not later than 9:30 A. and mike inown
his desire for admittance to the United States Supreme Court, §rrancements will
be made by the Solicitor General to meet the Special Agent at the Supreme Court
Building at 11:30 A.W. of the same day, the first Monday of the Ir Service School
and will present the application of the Special Agent for admittance to tha
Suprenms Court.
