SUBJECT: The Congressional Record

AC091 regard to decisions by the Supreme Court. He stated ‘the people
the United States are becoming more and more alarmed over the

Cited as Glaring Example.’ The article makes a reference to the
Supreme Court's decision releasing FEI files.
