I was very pleased to learn from your letter of
November 4, 1970, that you are implementing the 5 tons I made
to you concerning the improvement of security for the reme Court_
Building. Certainty in these times, with revolutionists and maniacs
attacking our system of Government with bombe and arson, we must
provide maximum security to our facilities.
