After this, a complete tour of the building was afforded explaining the security coverage. I sat down with these officers and outlined the necessity for their having a definite written plan of action and of notification in the case of a bomb threat. It was pointed out to them the necessity of their having a complete plan of action from the time a bomb threat is received through the discovery of such a device and thereafter the securing of the area until the bomb experts arrive to handle the disposal. i Se bre Of aay stated that he had such a plan; whereupon, I told him that he should test it, evaluate it, and make absolutel that it is workable and effective. Many suggestions were given to aii. he discussed his plan of action should a bomb threat be received.
