Sims, Liaison Division, United States Secret Service, 1800 G Street Northwest, Washington, D.C., furnished to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) three United States Postal Cards described as follows: 1) Postal Card postmarked Chicago, Illinois, p.m. 15 June 1972, addressed to Senator Mc Govern, The Senate — U.S., Washington, D.C, This card reads as follows: “Dear Mr. McGovern, You mst not go ts with Mr. Ted Kennedy on the nomination ticke Democratic convention, “We have no use for Kennedy as he is a mur- derer or shielding a murderer which makes him an accom- plice to a murder--and he should be electrocuted like \ piss men are for their foul deeds. This rotten country \of America where justice is only dealt out to the poor. lone f+ ruicoey on at. p.m., 15 June 1972, addressed to Mr. George McGovern, Senator from North Dakota, Senate of America, Washington, D.C.
