EXTORTION
On July 20, 1972, Assistant United States At-
torney Roger H. Dusberger, Northern District of Illinois,
advised that following a receipt of the postal cards in
question, he would decline prosecution since the victim
is a prominent figure, there was no apparent criminal
intent and inasmuch as there was no attempt to carry out
the threat.
