Supreme Court signed ''A Sticker For Holy Justice" which was post- marked Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, November 23, 1970. Our Pittsburgh office has been telephonically advised of the receipt, of this letter and instructed to the author of this letter and present this matter to the appropriate U. S. Attorney. Our Washington Field office has been instructed to advise appropriate authorities in Washington, D. C.
