The United States Secret Service has shown
that the printing and handwriting have been associated
with letters previously sent to the Supreme Court in
February, 1968, from an individual who signed the
letter Rathbone, Chicago, Illinois 60630. Investigation
conducted by the United States Secret Service failed to
identify R. Rathbone.
The United States Capitol Police, the
Intelligence Division of the Metropolitan Police
Department, both Washington, D.C. and the Intelligence |
Unit, Chicago Police Department, Chicago, Tllinois have
been advised of the receipt of this material.
By communication dated May 28, 1970, the
FBI Laboratory furnished the following report of their
examination of described postal cards;
