Result of examination: a Characteristics were noted in the letter received in the case entitled "UNSUB; QD U. S. District Judge, Western District of PennsyIvania, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Victim; EXTORTION" which were not found in the questioned hand printing received in the instant matter, indicating that another writer may be involved in the Miller matter.
