FBI Laboratory 3/3/71, identified handwriting to be by one person. Identification Division, FBI, Washington, D. C., determined 12 latent fingerprints of value on two letters submitted. Letter pos tmarked Pittsburgh, Pa., 3/21/71, received by J. EDGAR HOOVER, Director, FBI, Washington, D.C., threatening bodily harm and bombing of U. S. Department of ea reme Court Building, Washington, D.C., signed, ‘iis one of the 7 madmen." FBI laboratory examination concluded letter 3/2/71, written by same person preparing questioned items 1 through 9 previously submitted. Identification Division, FBI, developed one latent print of value page 2 of questioned item #12. No identifications made, U. S. Supreme Court, Associate Justice JOHN M. FBI Laboratory examination concluded Justice HARLAN letter prepared by same person preparing questioned items previously submitted in this case. No latent prints developed this letter.
