It was developed tha ad been gone from their apartment for e pas eexs and it was believed that they were i t was asce some individual, identity unknown, picks up th periodically at infrequent intervals of every week or so, It a ascertained that there are three other apartments on the loor of these premises, and that the persons occupying € apartments are out most of the day. Mr advised that we have two agents who kno and if his wife and he appeared in the area, they would contact him on the street and interview him. It was anticipated that we would have sufficient personnel in operation and through the use of wakie-talkies, would be able to notify the agents who were developing the confidential source, SM@MMMIMIIEEEY cing in charge of this assignment. Mr. BOARDMAN was assured that we guarantee security that we hoped to obtain information concerning tine. contact qd a photograph of him since one was not presently available. Mr. BOARDMAN was advised that it was anticipated that this development would take place about 9:30 AM today. Mr. BOARDMAN authorized the development of this confidential source, requesting that he be advi if there were any significant developments.
