Since the FBI personnel assigned to this Task Force haverot previously been engaged in security investiga- tions which would familiarize them with the provisions of EO 11652, it is felt that an appropriate briefing regarding the provisions of this BO should be afforded the Agent personnel assigned to the Task Force. This matter was discussed at a conference in Mr. J.B.
