bear Gy a In connection with the current investigation being conducted by the Civil Rights Division (CRB) con- cerning surreptitious entrie Yadvised all Special Agents in Charge by teletype of Sune’ (&, 1976, that the Bureau was cooperating with the CRD in this inquiry and eéncour- aged those employees contacted and informed that they are subjects of this investigation to also cooperate. In furtheranco of the information set forth in the above- referenced teletype, the CRD has requested me to advise and oncourage you to consult counsel, if you have not already done so. For that purpose, you are hereby released from the provisions of your Fmployment Agreement (FD-291) subject only to the possible need for security clearances of your counsel as (discussed below.
