He has worked in radio conmmmmications both in thi, Ampy and in the Bureau. He manifests an interest and aptifgde in electrical appliances and equipment related to sowAd<fork, We has had some experience in sound work. He hagshfa@ degree in Primary and Secondary Education from the vé¥sity of Minnesota, _—- m- I do not feel that his background qualifies him for the x-ray training nor could we conveniently spare him from his present assignment on Section 4 without having a replacement.
