To comply with the request of Assistant Attorney
General, Civil Rights Division, for personal statements
regarding knowledge of surreptitious entries since January of
1966.
During my tenure in Division 5, I am aware of
electronic surveillance activity authorized by the Attorney
General. JI have no knowledge of any surreptitious entries
since January of 1966.
RECOMMENDATION:
This memorandum be forwarded to the IS-3 Section,
Intelligence Division, for preparation of an appropriate
response to the Assistant Attorney General, Civil Rights
Division.
