It should be noted that during the period of April 16, 1972, to January 4, 1975, I was the Special Agent in Charge of the Buffalo Division of the FBI. During that time we utilized court approved Title Ii] installations on a number of occasions. I do not recall whether or not any of these involved surreptitious entries, —~ e !
