In that capacity I seem to recall that on occasion I initialed some communications which undoubtedly involved surreptitious entries since they had to do with the installation of technical equipment. I can state, however, that I have no recollection whatsoever as to whether these entries were made prior to Attorney General ap- proval of the installation or subsequent to Attorney General approval of the installation. It is my recollection, however, that all of these communications were being sent to the Attorney General. I also want to state that I have no recollection as to what office was involved nor the individuals involved.
