Purpose to advise of a telephone contact received
by AID on an attorney in the Criminal Division,
Civil Rig estten, Department of Justice (DOJ) requesting an
interview of SAMBEP concerning his knowledge on any surreptitiou
entries conducted by the squad that handled the Black Panther
Party (BPP) case in the New York Office.

during the course of this investigation, information has come to
