On 4-18-78 Mr. Paul Boucher, Chief of the Deya rtmental Task Force investigating surreptitious entry, called me and advised that they are presently referring matters to the FBI for any administrative action that the Bureau desir to take. Mr. Boucher advised that this is being handled by the Office of Professional Responsibility of the Planning and Inspection Division of the FBI. He advised that in view of this that certain individuals will need access to recor that the Bureau has andfas furnished to the Department.
