=| E = Special Agent personnel at FBI Headquarters and review of certain
_ files of the Internal Security Division aay York Office. In a
later memorandum dated October 235197837 itlied “Surreptitious
Entries,” and furnished to Mr. J. Stanley Pottinger, Assistant
Attorney General, Civil Rights Division, we reported that these
238 entries were made against at least fourteen domestic
-| Subversive targets. In addition, we noted that at least three
domestic subversive targets were the subject of numerous entries .
