Our di coveries have been made in connection with file reviews in Freedom of Information and Privacy Act matters, as well as ~ during normal record reviews, a ‘ an € ry On 12/1/75, we furnished the Department a memorandum 4» outlining details of an entry into the Fair Play for Cuba Committee (FPCC) headquarters in New York City.
